A 14-day money-back guarantee
We want you to buy SkoonMac Pro only if it genuinely helps. If, within 14 days of your purchase, you decide it is not right for you, contact us and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. There are no hoops, no restocking fee, and no need to justify yourself.
Try before you buy
You don't have to gamble on the guarantee. SkoonMac has a permanent Free tier you can keep using for as long as you like, plus a Pro trial that unlocks every Pro tool so you can put the whole app through its paces before paying. The 14-day guarantee is a backstop on top of that — peace of mind, not a loophole to manage.
How to request a refund
- Go to the support page and send us a message, or simply reply to your purchase receipt.
- Include the email address you used at checkout, along with your order or licence reference, so we can find your purchase.
- That's it. We normally process refunds within about two business days, returned via PayPal to your original payment method.
Once PayPal issues the refund, the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund
When a refund is processed, your Pro licence is deactivated and the app reverts to the permanent Free tier. You are welcome to come back and purchase again at any time.
Business orders
Multi-seat and business orders are handled case-by-case. Get in touch and we'll work it out with you directly.
EU and UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. By downloading or activating SkoonMac before that period ends, you ask us to begin performance immediately and you agree that you waive the right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law. Any statutory rights that cannot be waived are preserved in full.
Fair use
This policy is offered in good faith. We may decline requests that show clear abuse — such as repeated buy-and-refund cycles or fraudulent chargebacks. This does not limit any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
